Reserve an appointment

Block bookings are available for those seeking regular support. 

Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. A deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment, and full payment must be made before you leave. 

Invoices with the AoR logo are provided and accepted by most medical insurance providers - please request one if you wish to claim. 

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations or changes made after this window will result in the loss of your deposit. 

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late will reduce your treatment time, and the session will be billed at full price. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled.
