Hello, I’m Liv.
Founder of Liv Well Reflexology - I am a Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist, trained at the prestigious Inspira Academy. I have undertaken further training in preconception & maternity reflexology, palliative care and NEPIP (which is a specific treatment for persistent stress and anxiety).
I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and I am fully insured.
I am based in beautiful Marlow, Buckinghamshire where I welcome clients into my home practice.
My connection with reflexology coincided with my own healing journey. While recovering from Anorexia Nervosa, I experienced first-hand the profound impact reflexology can have. Following treatment, my body found it’s rhythm again and my hormones regulated. It was a pivotal moment that opened my eyes to the body’s innate ability to rebalance and restore given the right support. A number of years later, when the time felt right, I began my formal training - and Liv Well Reflexology was born from that experience.
No two people are the same, and neither should their treatments be. Every session at Liv Well Reflexology is thoughtfully tailored to you - your story, your body, and what you need in that moment. My intention is to offer you a space of calm and stillness in the midst of busy, demanding lives. A place where your nervous system can soften, your body can feel safe, and healing can unfold naturally.
I look forward to welcoming you and supporting you on your journey.

About Reflexology
Reflexology is a non-intrusive ancient complementary therapy.
Therapeutic touch is applied to ‘reflex’ points on the feet and lower leg, stimulating a movement of energy along the nerve endings (of which there are over 7,000 in our feet). The soles of the feet display a map of the ‘micro’ body, reflecting its systems, organs, muscles, bones, nerves, glands & lymph nodes.
Touch is administered in a symmetrical, purposeful rhythm; aiming to provide the body’s natural healing response, returning the body to homeostasis (balance).
Reflexology considers the ‘holistic’ person, realigning mind, body and spirit through precise movements. As a duopolist, (‘duo’ two and ‘body’ feet), I work both feet at the same time.
As reflexologists, we cannot diagnose conditions or claim to cure, we work with imbalances reflected in the body, to relax, rebalance and recalibrate.
Reflexology works alongside traditional medicine to help relieve some symptoms of health conditions, such as sleep concerns, chronic pain, stress, anxiety, digestive issues, menopausal concerns, fertility, migraines and arthritis.
As a level 5 practitioner, I have had further training in preconception & maternity, palliative care and NEPIP (a specific treatment for persistent stress & anxiety).
